Original. Do you know the first time I saw this terrific film ? My Aunt invited us over for a Sunday dinner. She owned one of the first RCA color television sets, and there it was right there in her living room ! The film started in black and white, as we all know, but for this 5 or 6 year old kid, when Dorothy opened the door to the Land of OZ, in color, I was never going to be the same! Another magical moment was the above scene: Wicked Witch of the West hovering over the most famous crystal ball in film history. The Witch was looking at this crystal ball, seeing Dorothy IN COLOR, just like I was watching this amazing RCA c-o-l-o-r television for the first time in my life. wow !
