Original.  The visitors who stroll past my southern California art studio almost always stop when they see a new "Frida" portrait.  This is my latest oil painting.  The previous portrait, Frida in a white dress on white background, was purchased by visitors from Japan.  Clearly, her notoriety is global !  I have a new art show tonight, so, I am hopeful ...
