Original. This is a most adorable baby, well, 2 year old, that I have painted ! Nice story behind the oil painting. Proud father-to-be knocked on my studio door and wanted a drawing from the Ultrasound photos. I looked at the set of 4 and said, which one ? Not missing a beat, he said, "all four !!"
Well, Stefanie and Josh had their beautiful baby a few months later. I've done a few more pencil sketches, marking special occasions. When I saw this innocent moment posted on Instagram, I knew it was time for an oil portrait.
