Original. Churchill is a personal favorite. This charcoal wash portrait has been kept at home and enjoyed until recently. Gary Oldman portrayed the Prime Minister in "The Darkest Hour." When the film was nominated for a 2018 Oscar in the Best Picture category, I told my husband this portrait was going on the wall in my studio. Then I thought to myself, it's relevant right now, it'll probably find a new home. But I said out loud, don't worry, I'll bring it home after the Oscars. Well, it sold, 3 days after Oldman won for Best Actor. Not telling the husband ...
